  If I could give this less than 1 star, I would. The customer service at this location is LACKING to say the least. No one ever answers the phone. The rare moments when they do, it's almost like they have no idea about what's going on with their property or what it entails. The answer to every other question is, "I don't know." So either they hired fools to work here or they just don't care. Either way, it's extremely unprofessional and they need to fix this issue. If this is how your employees are before a customer can even rent on your property, I can only imagine what they are like when actually living there. Get new employees who will actually INFORM and HELP and be COURTEOUS to current/future residents or train your current employees properly. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I can't speak for the issues people have had with the older set of apartments, but I lived in one of the new ones for a year and had barely any problems. The layout was great, and everything functioned well except for a minor problem with the A/C unit, but they were prompt to get someone out to fix it. I kept the apartment in good shape and got my full security deposit back. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes the staff was not in the leasing office or did not answer the phone when they should have been open according to their hours. Overall, good experience!
