  I lived at Bay Breeze for about a year, I was from out of state and they were friendly and very accommodating during my move. I then had to go back home due to family illness and they were so helpful in the process of me leaving. Helping to find someone to rent my apartment quickly, checking in with me and making a very stressful event as seamless as possible. I have loved living here and am sad to go, I highly recommend living here!

  Called this morning 2 BR 2 Ba was $1229. I had a friend come from Orlando to check out the area today to look at other properties and she swung by Bay Breeze Villas to take a look for me. She arrived at about 2 hours after I spoke with the leasing agent who quoted me $1229/mo. When my friend arrived to walk the model he said they just went up to $1330/mo. So suddenly I'm supposed to pay an additional $1200/yr for nothing more than they were offering 2 hours ago. They knew I was coming from out of town and trying to coordinate a move from there and they jacked the price up immediately knowing ahead of time that I had somebody to swing by. Highway robbery. Super Shady! Also they charge $60 per person credit and background check with a no-reason "administrative fee" of $175 non-refundable that DOES NOT go towards your rent. When asked what the fee was for the agent told me it pays for the paperwork and his time showing the apartment. This place is a comedy show. NO THANKS, PASS!

  The apartments are pretty nice if you manage to get one that has working AC and new appliances. Prices are pretty normal for the area. DO NOT trust the word of the office. Get things in writing or verify it with your own eyes. Moving in from out of state left me with a lot of surprises that made for a tough move, but they made it right after some argument.
