  As usual, I was happily greeted by my favorite front girls, Nellie and Khadijah! Nellie was exceptionally compassionate about how I was feeling today. When I stated that I have been able to maintain my positive progress on my mental health challenges, Nellie sincerely encouraged me to keep up the my good work. She efficiently checked me in for my session with Dr. Bloom and suggested that I check out the inner waiting room in progress of a new remodel. After my appoint with Dr Bloom, Nellie offered me her usual smile and goodby for now.

  The staff is not very receptive at all. One of the doctors we have seen was very good the others not so much. One of the main reasons I am giving a poor rating is secondary to how dirty the place is. It smells bad and the walls, doors, etc are super dirty for any facility let alone a medical facility.
